Pimms Associates is the consultancy led by Jonny Tooze.

Jonny has been active in the agency world for over two decades and during that time founded and led LAB Group to over £7.2m revenue in 2022. During this time LAB Group won multiple awards working with some of the biggest brands in the world across strategy, digital, creative, marketing and research. It branched out into IP development, particularly around solving the challenge of identifying vulnerability in digital channels, of which it has received multiple grants and awards.

Jonny's extensive experience is now put to use as a full time consultant, working with agencies and celebrities to help grow their businesses. This involves working with founders, leaders, and senior teams to align a vision, design cultures, plan finances and operations, as well as refining the core principles of running a good business.
